  The hotel staff service is excellent, as is the custom in Japan. The hotel restaurants and Jacks Bar are good. But in the underground mall and the queens towers shopping malls (access is internally attached to the hotel) you can walk to hundreds of places to shop, drink, and eat foods both asian, european, and american.
