We stayed here overnight for a short visit to Beckley. It was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The continental Breakfast was more than we expected. Location was perfect to visit the area. A Cracker Barrel located just behind this Hotel with other restaurants near by. If ever back in this area this is where I would stay

Our room was clean and a good value for the money, however the beds really weren't very comfortable. If you are exhausted, you will probably sleep fine, but the mattresses aren't the best quality. Location is good, right off the expressway. Lots of food options nearby for breakfast and/or dinner. Hotel provides a breakfast, typical fare. Lots of people taking advantage of it, but we opted to eat elsewhere after a week of hotel breakfasts! Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

For the price we paid for our room (queen with jacuzzi), I am very disappointed. The ceilings and walls must be paper thin. Either that, or a herd of water buffalo practicing high jumps were in the room above us. The heating unit warmed the room nicely, but every time it kicked off there was a squealing sound that sounded like the tires of a car peeling out. I reported this to the front desk and all I got was an ""I apologize"", and he took a note for maintenance. Breakfast was good and the room was clean. I guess those were the only two good redeeming qualities. This hotel has potential, but what's a room worth if you can't get any sleep in it? If you book a room there.

Everything was great from the front staff check to check out the next morning. Will definitely return on our way through Beckley in future. Breakfast was awesome for the whole family. Relatively high cost justified by the free breakfast.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The indoor/outdoor pool was great but the indoor hot tub was not working well. The outdoor hot tub was perfect. Nice chairs around pool area allowed a nice place to relax. Rooms could use some updating and hotel was being updated while we were there. I would definetely stay again and would recommend this hotel.
