  the hotel ramada is a nice hotel, located directly on the malecon which is a popular tourist destination in the past few years. ecuador is progressing nicely into a safe and interesting stop for people who are traveling to south america. many tour companies are staying in guayaquil on their way to the galapagos islands. bottom line the ramada is a nice fairly clean hotel with a great and friendly staff."
