Please-- Get a clue! You rate this hotel at 2 1/2 stars and rate the Fairfield Inn at 2 stars. First of all, the room was large and clean, but this hotel is old. Entry level is on the second floor, so we got to stay in the basement. The windows are old. It sounded like the highway had been rerouted through our room all night long. The neighbor turned on his shower a couple of rooms down, and it sounded like a train was coming through. Sprinkler pipes are exposed in the hallways. Pool is outdoors and doesn't open until May. There is a frig and microwave in each room, and, oh yes, a guest laundry (2 machines), but there is no way this is up to the level of the Fairfield; NO WAY.

i had a very nice recently renovated room. the staff was awsome and went out of there way to make my stay great, though i did experience some problems. there television system does not have any local networks, so no nfl football on championship weekend. their hottub had so much bleach after 15 mins in tub i was sick and dizzy for 12 hrs. another problem i had was the laundry facillity was out of order and as a professional driver these weekend breaks are my only opportunity to do laundry. for the good stuff, breakfast at dennys was great, room was very nice and comfortable and flat panel tv wonderful.

For the price, this was an ok place to stay. Room was clean and kept clean during our stay. Pool was nice, very warm and a pleasure to swim in. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, worked to keep us happy. When the fridge in the room we were first booked into did not work, they moved us to a new room so that we'd have a way to keep our snacks cool. Bed was too soft, but that's probably a matter of personal opinion. Breakfast coupons give you a nice hot breakfast at Denny's and can go larger with the discount, so lots of options on breakfast (no stale donuts here!). The only problem during our stay was that when I tried to use my blow-dryer, a fuse blew and lights, tv, fridge, and microwave were all on the same circuit. So, some updating probably needs done in wiring and decor. But,the staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. All in all, we'd probably stay here again, considering the price and location (near family).

Front desk clerk was very friendly. Hotel is rather old and it's location makes it easy access off freeway, but somewhat difficult getting back on due to traffic. Overall, experience was okay. Hotel is what you would expect for the price.
