We were pleased not only with friendly front desk persnnel, but witth the room,it was clean and comfortable. They also had a coffee dispenser in front lobby no charge,and they gave us free breakfast every morning. They also gave us 20% off coupons for other meals at Dave's on site resturant.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was easy to find and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The temperature was comfortable to start with and easy to adjust. At night, the room was very dark and quiet, as it should be. The following morning, when I needed help with the ice machine, the staff was quick and helpful in assisting me. The checkout process was smooth and the front desk representative showed genuine interest in making sure my stay was comfortable and stated my business was very much appreciated.

It is a very poor value. This property reflects very poorly on the reputation for the entire
Shilo chain. I will never stay at another Shilo again and will definitely tell my friends to
avoid Shilo Inns. -

When we booked this, we were counting on the Shilo name. The hotel was dirty, old, and not where they told us it would be. We took our three kids to the American Idol concert, and were told by the hotel staff we were within walking distance to the Arena. The concert venue was actually 3 freeway exits away. The rooms were cheap, but that was it. While using the hotel dryer it shot flames and melted. They had no other dryer to give and did not offer to make any ammends. The hotel was filthy, the furnishings old, and beds uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, and believe it should NOT have the Shilo name attatched to it.
