Well we up graded our room to a hot tub room. Sadly we found used wash cloths above the shower curtain rod. Bathroom floor had a lot of body hair on the floor and toilet. Then being late we thought why make a big issue. But when I went to use the spa, that frosted the cake! I couldn't rinse the hair out of the tub. The soap ring wouldn't stop with lather in the power bubbles. I went to the front desk and the clerk didn't know what to do because they we're booked. So after I used all the extra towels to clean up and asked for more we stayed against my wife's better judgement. In the morning I spoke to the owner and he said sorry and went in the back room. I couldn't hardlley understand him so I just said nuts to it. Lewis

very nice place to stay
04/15/2009Very welcoming, nice decor, comfortable rooms. beds were very comfortable. good breakfast area. close to prime outlet mall. i felt very safe staying with my teenage girls.

The hotel staff were very nice, the lobby, pool area and workout room were nice. However, the elevator is and older one and kinda out of the way. My husband and I both smoke and the room showed its wear. There was wallpaper peeling of around where the border should have gone, holes in the bedspread (which I always take off the bed anyway because most hotels do not wash them regularly)...it was just minor stuff. The worst was we were not able to control the heat in the room. It was either too hot or two cold and we were up quite often trying to regulate the room temperature. Its not a bad place to stay and I would probably stay there again because the price was good - I'll just ask for a different room or maybe to see the room beforehand.

The staff were friendly and assisted us with directions and hotel amenities. Great room, nicely decorated and clean. Great breakfast and right across the street from the Prime Outlets. We had a great time and will go back soon!

we had a nice time.... Stoped overnight, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room. Breakf. was slim pickings @8:30am & there was boxes of groceries that were to be refridgerated but not yet put away or displayed properly for guests to eat.
