  Hotel had that new car smell to it. It is recently renovated. I have stayed here many times in the past on business, recent stay was the best.. the beds were queen size and very soft. Full breakfast in the morning including fruit bacon eggs. and free cocktails in the evening as usual. If you are staying in the Jackson area this is where you want to be.

  The cabot is beautiful to look at, but once in the room i was quite disappointed. the beds are tiny, and the decor is out-dated. good for one night ...

  The Cabot is beautiful to look at, but once in the room I was quite disappointed. The beds are tiny, and the decor is out-dated. Good for one night but not an extended stay.

  Consider paying a few more dollars for the ""executive"" room. Includes a refrigerator, microwave, robes, and other amenities. Friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent. Free evening reception is great, too. Free internet & security presence much appreciated.

  I have stayed at this location approximately 7-8 times in the last 2 years. i was most disappointed this trip. room smelled musty, dead bugs on floor, tiny flying ...

  I have stayed at this location approximately 7-8 times in the last 2 years. I was most disappointed this trip. Room smelled musty, dead bugs on floor, tiny flying bugs in room (was bitten by something), tile in bathroom showet and floor moldy. When complained to clerk they didn't even ask what the problems were. When I complained they told me I could come back at 9 am to speak to the front desk manager. I was here on business and this wasn't possible. After all this time I am now in the market for a new hotel.
