We stayed in a downtown hotel after this one, because I wanted to surprise my wife with a ""fancy"" hotel, but man that was a mistake. This hotel had it all. I had a few small requests which I hoped would make our stay a little more enjoyable, and I couldn't believe it when they upgraded us to a suite, at no charge! It was ""suite""! Very nice room, and it included all the amenities I wanted. Internet worked very well. Pool was rarely used, and we even had it to ourselves once. They were out of towels, and we told housekeeping walking by and one checked on something, then came back and said she'd come down with more, and she ran to get more towels. The bathroom was made up and was extra well displayed. The people at the front desk were really nice. You could get a cookie every time you entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was suburb.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Country Inn and Suites. We have stayed at two other hotels from this franchise in ND and MN, but this hotel by far has been the best=best front desk service, best breakfast, best room cleanliness, and best restocking of towels and soaps. The staff was eager to help and busy getting their work done. I highly recommend this hotel. We travelled with friends and our two teenage daughters.

Person at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very nice. Close to airport but didn't notice any plane noise. Hotel was is a bit isolated being 2-3 miles from downtown but very easy drive to get downtown if you need to. Liked having a computer in lobby to use free of charge

I spent one night here to catch an early flight out of Omaha. I was on my way back from Kansas City from a NASCAR race and a very busy weekend. I was headed out early Monday morning for business. I needed a nice quiet, clean hotel to get a good nights sleep. That is exactly what I got! The staff were helpful and a nice early shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay their again for business or with my family.

09/14/2006I was amazed upon entering the hotel with its charming atmosphere & homey feeling. as a frequent traveler, definitely the top on the service level. they even have room service.
