Nice place, but wrong city in address

Simple room, nothing fancy about the hotel, but it worked fine as a place to crash. Have stayed in some bad places in this town, so I was happy about this one. My only problem is the address. I was looking for someplace close to the McNeese State University football stadium, since I was working a late night game there. There is a Mallard Street in Lake Charles, just down the road from McNeese, but the hotel was not there. I originally headed to that address, but it was in a residential neighborhood. When I arrived there not finding a hotel, I called the front desk only to find out that their Mallard Street is actually in Sulphur. I was heading east bright and early the next morning, so I was frustrated to learn that the hotel was two towns west of where I was. I hope the travel agency changes the address to reflect the hotel's actual location in Sulphur so no one else has the same problem in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Crossland. The staff was so nice . I love that we can bring our pets with us for a small fee, and we also has a full kitchen. The kitchen helped us to save money. We did not have to go out to eat every night. Also we were able to wash clothes any time we needed to, due to the 24 hour guest laundry.
