My wife and I needed time away from the hustle and bustle of our week and decided to book one night at the Wayside Inn in Carmel. We had seen the inn on a previous visit to Carmel and decided to book the room. We booked a suite with two double beds, living room, kitchen and fireplace. The room was beautifully and tastefully arranged and decorated. No detail was missed and we were treated like royalty by the staff in the office. The suite was extremely clean and the comfort level from 1-10 (10 being the best) was a 10. It was heaven falling into the oversized plush bedding. We slept like babies and had a refreshing nights rest. We highly recommend this inn and we will be rebooking another mini-vacation very soon!
