  The hotel is not a high-rise as one might expect. The outside is almost custom to most homes in the area only 3 stories high. Close (1 to 2 miles) to Universal Studios and other studios(NBC, WB, etc) and only about 10 to 15 minutes from Hollywood Blvd. Only "gotcha" is $5/day for internet use, which is mandatory....no getting around it, so use it as much as possible. It's basically your TV as well. Clean rooms, staff is very welcoming and friendly, and free parking. Would definitely stay again!

  This location was great for our needs which required us to be close to nbc studios. however, the toilet backed up in the middle of the night. i trudged down ...

  This location was great for our needs which required us to be close to NBC studios. However, the toilet backed up in the middle of the night. I trudged down to the desk to notify the night clerk. He called maintenance. Maintenance yelled at the night clerk. The night clerk handed me a plunger a told me I had to fix it myself. I explained this to the manager on checkout. She didn't seem interested. Other than that experience I would have probably stayed there again.

  This is the BEST hotel to stay when you visit the area. The Bistro was very good with very good prices and service. The lounge also was the very best. We would definetly stay again and agian!

  This was most luxurious hotel in which we've ever stayed! champagne and strawberries were awaiting us. the make-up mirror with magnification was a plus. the bathroom was beautiful. ...

  This was most luxurious hotel in which we've ever stayed! Champagne and strawberries were awaiting us. The make-up mirror with magnification was a plus. The bathroom was beautiful. We had a lovely tub and his and her sinks. The linens were gorgeous! I cannot wait to return! This was right down the street from my dad's house where his grandkids got to spend the night. We had an evening of romance!
