Outside aesthetics were very inviting. Inside aesthetics were outdated and bare (we did love, however, the window shutters). At check-in clerk didn't have our travel on line reservation (not sure if that is a hotel problem or travel on line problem), which was prepaid. Ended up in a single-bed room for my husband, myself, and two kids. After returning home, noticed that the hotel charged the room to my credit card (which clerk said he was swiping only for "incidentals") despite the fact, I had already paid travel on line for the room. Have called the hotel twice in 4 days for assistance in removing the extra charge, and can't get a manager to speak to me or return my messages. Very frustrated. Would not recommend or stay there again.

The hotel and its staff were absolutely delightful. The complimentary breakfast was well above the average. Not only did they cook real pancakes for me, and put blueberries on top, I was able to get patty sausages to go with them. Most complimentary breakfasts serve you bread and cereal and no protein. So, they did great. After spending about 30 minutes on the porch in a rocking chair feeling the cold wind blowing in my face, I went inside and the desk clerk, and I spent the next 90 minutes talking about politics and the mess that this country is in. A very well educated young lady?

I've stayed at several hotels in Jackson and this one is by far the best. The rooms are large and decorated wonderful. Each room is a different color. My room was marroon and gold and gorgeous. The towels were marroon and there was a fluffy bathmat that matched. the sheets were gold and there at least 400 tread count. The staff was the great. The breakfast lady was fun and entertaining as she made our pancakes and topped them with strawberries and whip cream. The front desk staff not only greeted us with smiles and enthusiasium. They were very informative and went out of their way to make us feel at home, which just happens to be the hotels motto. They achieved it hands down. The stay was...for lack of better words, completely awesome! I would recommend this hotel to everyone that wants an out of the box hotel.

A lot of work has gone into this hotel. It is wonderfully different than any other place I have stayed. Every room has a different theme, carpet paint ammenities, etc. I guess thats why they call it a Boutique hotel. Everything is so clean and the staff will do anything for you. They have cordless phones, wireless high speed internet etc. They even have toothbrush holders and toothpaste, fullsized bars of soap, not the little bitty hotel bars we are used too. I would wholeheartedly reccommend this hotel to everyone.
