The Motel was clean and the staff was friendly. That's it, the pool is not what you see in the picture. It is in the middle of the parking lot and the pictures of the Motel does not show the four lane highway in front of the place and on the side of the place. If you want to sleep / shower and go . . . this is your place. If you want to stay by the pool and relax, keep looking.

A great place to stay. My husband and I came to Portsmouth for a couple of days and couldn't have been happier. Our room had a kitchen and was really clean and nicely decorated. Everyone was really nice and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

The management was not very friendly. The hallways and eating room were cold. I was not able to access the internet and the management was unavailable. The coffee in the morning was cold. There was no warm breakfast - the bread & toast is only served on weekends. There was a very limited view from my room. The only upside was that the bed was very comfortable.

Nice comfortable motel located just South of the Portsmouth traffic circle. Easy to get to. I had a room with 2 double beds. Rooms were small, but well laid out. Bathroom was excellent with toiletries provided. Everything was exceptionally clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Continental breakfast provided along with good coffee available 24/7. Slight noise from US 1 Bypass South, but not enough to bother sleep. Moderate prices - good buy. Would certainly stay there again.
