Very basic: Perfect for those who don't require a lot of amenities. Quiet, no children under 16. Nice beach about five minute walk away. Can purchase meal package at Almond Beach (next door) or so self-catering. Close (almost walking distance) to shops and grocery stores. On bus line. Facilities need updating but an overall ideal location on west coast. Have stayed there MANY times.

Hi, bought timeshare cheap from distressed seller around 1997 or 1998. Barbados is our 1st. or second all time favorite place to be. The property has been updated ( as I understand); it is a small property, seculded, private, intimate. Great hot tub in each room. Ours overlooked the ocean. Very small beach. A little out of the way, must have a rental car. Sugar birds flew into our room for brown sugar. No activities. Many great, great restaurants within driving distance. The people are very pleasant on the island. We have not been back, as the prices charged owners have risen sharply. We pay no maintenance fee as we are deeded owners. We own week 31.
You can exchange through any major time share exchange for another week with an additional charge. So, go try it, if you like you may buy it at a very reasonable price.
