only issue was check in times were later than posted had to return when rooms were not ready. couple in nother room had to change rooms due to smoke smell even though a no smoking hotel. good value for the room quality

I have stayed here a few times, and each time it got worse, Once the AC/Heater didnt work in dead of winter, another time the bath tub had a crack in it in the bottom, Light bulbs Burned out in room, hot tub in pool area not working, just alot of other things too numerous to mention, so I contacted Holiday Inn Express web site told them of the problems. Now what reason do I have to lie about all these things wrong, what do I have to gain from this, I was trying to help them to do some maintence on these rooms so the next person wouldnt have these problems. Nonresponsive to what I told them about the rooms that we stayed in....Never staying here again. Like the other lady said ""Stay Smart....Stay Some where else"" Good Advice.....

We have a daughter at Denison and we have stayed here two years in a row for Parents weekend. The hotel is newly remodled and very well maintained. The staff is friendly and very accomodating. In my opinion this hotel is the only quality option in the area other than the Courtyard and the Holiday Inn is less expensive and every bit as comfortable.

On a loud, busy street. Our room was right above a cheap gas station with noisy cars (loud mufflers) pulling in every few minutes. It's a non-smoking property but the tiny lobby, the elevator, and the hallways all smell like smoke. Water pressure in the bathroom sink is very low. Hot water takes forever. Came down for breakfast at 9:00 am and the food was almost gone. Asked for more (since breakfast lasted until 10:30), but waited 45 minutes with no luck. We finally left. Stay smart????? Yeah, stay somewhere else

When we checked in we were sent to a room under repair , we went to front desk and they quickly put us in upgraded room . They checked with us to be sure everything was ok and were concerned that we were happy with our room. Staff went above and beyond to be sure we were ok. The room was very clean and we had plenty of linens.
