Actually our room was clean and cleaning staff were very polite and helpful but it all stopped there. We had a toilet that was loose and shook when you sat on it but NO one available to repair it. Breakfast was in a old dingy dining room that was in bad need of a carpet and the food was a few donuts and cereal and NO hot water for tea. We ended up eating out. NO ice machines working, Internet service was only in THAT dining room which was very inconvienent. The pool was only half full of water..? TV in room only had 5-6 American chanels. Hotel is in bad need of an up-date.

The room smelled like cigarettes. There were cigarette stains on the tub ledge. the bathroom sink was clogged and needed caulk. The towels smelled like smoke. There was no shampoo. Two of three lamps did not work(probably needed bulbs).The air condtioner needed service. The bar on the premises was a lot of fun, a very diverse group of nice people. keep driving and find another hotel. Go to the bar for a fun time and nice conversation.

The facility is very outdated and dirty. The phones don't work and their is no ice in the machines and no drinks of snacks in the vendor machines. This is the worst managed place I have ever stayed at.

no control with a lot of the guest,big black water bugs everywhere, dingy outdated rooms, bathrooms had cigarette stains in the no smoking rooms and they needed new molding. I have stayed at other landmark inns, this was the worse. We came to arrane a family reunion for 2008, not at this one. we had reserved 3 rooms months in advance, you think they would haved prepared them better.
