Top Notch is a cozy, clean friendly place to stay. We picked Top Notch since it had the best ratings of all the motels in Gorham, and was AAAA approved. We were not disappointed. Really closed to Mt Washington, and Story Land. Will stay here next time we are in the area.

My family loved the Top Notch. We found the rooms to be clean, with all the amenities we needed. We were central to Story Land and Santa's Village by, and there were plenty of restaurants to walk to. You can tell this place is well cared for by the immaculate grounds, nice pool area and attentive staff.
