  Due to a "parents weekend" for local colleges, this was the only room available in approx. 2 hours driving time. Although it was late, I should have keep driving! Stained carpeting in the hallway should have warned me, as should the ceiling fixture dangling broken from the dirty ceiling. It look like the bed linens were hand me downs from the homeless shelter, the sink had separated from the counter and was falling (yet still working), the toilet paper holder had been pulled from the wall and left dangling.The tv remote was not around probably because the infrared sensor had been pried out of the tv. On the bright side, it had stopped raining. I have removed EconoLodge from my list of potential hotels.

  While the staff was quite helpful, the motel needs lots of help - the beds were very, very old as were the sheets, the carpet needed vacuumed, the breakfast presentation was ...

  While the staff was quite helpful, the motel needs LOTs of help - the beds were very, very old as were the sheets, the carpet needed vacuumed, the breakfast presentation was unsanitary (a communal jar of peanut butter?) and the upholstered, stained recliner sitting outside the patio door really says it all.

  this was one of the worst hotels i have ever booked, when we got to the room the air did not work and it was almost 90 out and they had no more rooms avaiable, also the room was very dirty, it was the type of room that you would want to sleep with the lights on, the toilet made a noise when you flushed it like a whiny sound, and the bathroom was dirty , it says it under new management, do not do not stay here
