The employees were very friendly and helpful when checking in. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. I thought for the price of the room ,that we would be staying in a little place, but I was truly surprised. This was my first time ,staying in,The Guesthouse Inn. I was impressed. I would recommend it to anyone. I definitely would stay there again.

I just stayed overnight. The room was just as it was represented. No suprises. The breakfast could have been a little nicer. It was kind of a free-for-all in their 'Dining Room'. All in all I would stay there again.

We stay at Guest House everytime we go to Tri-cities. It has really good rates and is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast includes waffles, toast, eggs, juice, fruits and more. No pool, but who cares!

I have paid far more in the Tri-Cities area and gotten far less. From the friendly greeting upon check-in to the fresh waffles, etc. at breakfast, everything was great. If you pass through this area, you would be well advised to give Guesthouse a try.
