The room was a nice size and was ready for us when we arrived at 12:00 noon, while check in was at 3:00 PM. The pool was beautiful and the water was warm enough for the little ones. The wait staff at breakfast in the restaurant could have been a bit speedier and more attentive to customer needs. They made us feel we were imposing upon them especially at arrival. It took some time to be seated when the restaurant was practically empty.

Stayed in one villa and one hotel room during a work retreat. Very clean, personable staff, attention to detail. Only negative comment: room was VERY humid, unpleasant until about 4 am, after the air had been running for 4 hours straight.
