  Overall this is a good motel. Location is quite near I90, but no freeway noise was heard. Room was very clean and had many amenities such as in-room fridge and micro. Sofa was also hide-bed and space by window had a pad for a child to sleep on. This single could have slept 5 people. Good for a family extended vacation spot.Only problem I encountered was luke-warm water for Sun.AM. shower. The hot was gone by 0800. Overall a good place.

  Reserved a suite in advance for 3 days. Received confirmation email guaranteeing room type. Upon arrival was told no suites available and that we would have to stay in a lower quality room. I refused and asked to cancel the whole reservation. Was told by the manager that was NOT going to happen and that I may as well stay because I was going to be charged regardless?? We ended up at a nice hotel downtown, where I immediately notified my credit card company of this attempt to defraud (aka overbooking). So as far as my actual review of the room/cleanliness etc., I really don't have a say, but the info was required in order to get this review posted. In actuality, I was only in the office area of the place for about 10 minutes. BUT it is in a badly designed area for traffic, and the management is obviously totally lacking in any form of professionalism and/or honesty.

  The counter people were curt and not helpful. they wouldn't cash a $50 amex traveler's check (""we stopped doing that a month ago."") although the reservation was for ...

  The counter people were curt and not helpful. They wouldn't cash a $50 Amex Traveler's Check (""We stopped doing that a month ago."") Although the reservation was for two people, I was traveling alone. A rate adjustment was refused.
