We made reservations @ at this hotel not knowing what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was larger than we thought and the kitchen was a great bonus. It was like being in an apt. Also, the full breakfast was a great surprise. That was not mentioned when I booked the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites. The bed was very comfortable. The room was pleasant and met all of our needs. The front desk staff were quite helpful and informative. The breakfast was sufficient. I liked the fact they changed items over the days we stayed. Great value.

My husband, 2 children and mom stayed here for 8 days. It's centrally located for travel to Boston, Salem, Plymouth, Concord and Lexington. it is close to the major highways and also the the Alewife station to go to Boston. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was a good size for the 5 of us. Nice, soft pillows and bedding (though the sofa bed could have been a bit softer); the kitchenette was a good size for heating up left overs and making small meals. There is also a grill outside for guests to use. Breakfasts had a good variety of hot and cold food and plenty of it. On Tuesday & Wednesday we stayed for their dinner. Tuesday was tacos which were so-so, but the cookout on Wednesday was fabulous! Pool was OK, but not very clean the first couple of times we went down. There were plenty of clean towels. There is no natural shade at the pool and the umbrellas on the tables often caught the wind and were knocked over. However, just outside the pool area are a few tables which are usually in the shade. The laundry room has 3 stackable washer/dryer combos. The washers were fine, but the dryers took longer that the 30 minute time listed so there was sometimes a wait for the dryer. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

We take an annual pilgrimage to Boston each year at Christmas time for shopping and entertainment. We actually went to the wrong hotel first and had to be directed to the Staybridge Suites. We were thrilled to find a much more inviting enrivronment upon our arrival at the Staybridge Suites. We were greeted by a fire in the fireplace, a basket of cookies on the counter and love ly Christmas decorations. Our entire stay was very nice. Comfy beds, good coffee, breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.
The only difficulty we had was finding it! Directions should include landmarks since the original turn onto the road to the left where the place is located is very easy to drive past and at an odd angle. Perhaps saying one should turn to the left after Tweeters and before Mr. Tux would be helpful! Also, once on the road, it is somewhat back off the road and could easily be missed. Better signage might also help.
Our suite was wonderful with the exception of something on the ceiling in the main living space. It appeared to be specs of blood, but may have been some red wine, although how it got up there is hard to determine. I have to honestly say that we didn't inform anyone about it and with the quality of the staff and other amenities I'm sure someone would have cleaned it up if we had. Our bad.
Overlooking the difficulty finding it and the stains on the ceiling it was a great experience. Close to the Burlington and other Malls as well as an easy drive to the Alewife Subway Station. All well worth it! -
Out of the Boston main loop...but worth it

They're off the main road and set back. They should have a big sign saying, "We're here," because they have nothing to hide.
