The hotel was nice and cozy. Our suite was very clean and every thing in the room was newly updated. Also, they had a huge breakfast. The staff was wonderfull and always willing to help with directions and places to eat. The only thing negative about are stay was the pool water was a little chilly and the vending machines didnot have many selections.

The lobby & breakfast area lacked air conditioning. Our room had a smelly, mildewed shower curtain, but they did send up a new one right away. The tub would not drain properly & filled with dirty water. Our 2nd day there the manager cleaned the stopper & drain with a washcloth which he then left...covered in nasty, black gunk...in our wastebasket. It was disgusting, although we could finally take showers.The room had obviously not been vacuumed or cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was OK. Thank goodness for those waffle makers or my child would starve! The beds were comfortable, but we always bring our own quilts because hotel bedspreads are so seldom washed. The staff was very nice but could use some guidance on how to run a hotel & keep it clean & address regular maintenance.

I booked my company mtg here along with overnight rooms. (1) Everything was within our budget. (2) I had no idea the conference/meeting room was so nice. (3) Clean and beautiful. Wonderful mtg facility, the AV wowed my boss, (4) I can't say enough about the staff, (life savers)(5) Sales Mgr was so kind and did the hard work for me. Thank you for the suggestions and set up. Your ideas did wonders for everyone! Would we come back? Yes.
