  Stayed there 2 nights, only because nothing else was available. had a jacuzzi room. when i got to the room there was no bath towels except a dirty wet one ...

  Stayed there 2 nights, only because nothing else was available. Had a Jacuzzi room. When I got to the room there was no bath towels except a dirty wet one on the floor! Carpet was all-loose in room. Tiles missing around Jacuzzi. The bed was awful. It was just a loose pad with 2 regular sheets. Every time you moved the sheets and pad moced too. We never slept both nights. Continental breakfast was horrible. Nothing to drink but coffee. Orange juice and apple juice machine was empty. Orange juice container in refrigerator was empty as was the milk container. So there was cereal but no milk, hard doughuts, and no microwave. I poured a cup of coffee and creamer in it. the creamer had spoiled!! I did have a cup of black. While I drank my coffee, there was a couple in there with a son about 10. All the time I was there he was on his cell phone talking about waht and who did at the bar... It was very tacky!! The poor parents and kid didn't know what to think. Pool was cold and had a very strong odor in the pool area. Hot tub was very cloudy abd felt like you were getting a chemical burn in it!! I would not recommend!! Would not stay there again! I talked to the couple from breakfast and they said they were very dissappointed also!
