  This was the best hotel i have ever stayed at in a very welcoming little town in charming iowa!! i would reccomend it any time.

  I had a wonderful stay here visiting my 2 daugters that live nearby. We had fun in the pool and the room was immaculate. I look forward to staying there everytime I am in town. Seeing my daughters is very important to me and I want to thank you for the wonderful setting for our visits together.

  Have stayed there a few times over the past few years and each time its a little more dirty and dingier. The halls smell stale and musty. I moved the chair in the room and the corner was dirty and dusty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned back there for quite some time. The breakfast area is small with only a few tables and the selection is small. It might be worth driving a few more miles to Ames to get a nice clean room!

  This was the worst hotel stay my family and I have ever experienced! It started off bad when our room was supposed to be smoke free but smelled like someone sprayed a gallon of perfume in an ash tray. The pool area was horrible. There was frost and snow, yes snow on the inside of the windows in the pool area. The temp inside was in the 50's. My kids couldn't swm due to the cold temp. Even the hot tub was cold and the staff claimed they couldn't do anything about anything in the pool area. Other guests were thinking of changing hotels. Horrible hotel.
