We were unhappy with the pet policy. Too many dogs could be heard at different times of day/night. We definitely were very unhappy when we went to the swimming pool and found a dog occupying the room. We left!!! Other than the above complaint we found the motel comfortable with friendly and helpful staff.

this was the worst hotel ever bathroom w/o shower I had a 9mth baby couldn't give him a bath. The room stink smell like old carpet. Bathroom wasn't clean had dirty towels in it, toilet wasn't clean. The sheets were dirty they had blood on my pillow. the desk had a nasty attitude. When I ask to change rooms they refuse to do so

My family stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. On two consecutive days, items from our room turned up missing while we were out and the hotel housekeeping staff had been in to clean our room. It took the manager more than 24 hours to discuss this problem with us. She took the position that her staff could never have done such a thing and was rude to us in the lobby of the hotel in front of guests. We ended up filing a police report to get the theft documented. In addition to this problem, the hotel is very dirty, linens are dirty, security doors are open 24 hours a day, dogs are allowed to bark on and on, the breakfast is basically nonexistent. Do not waste your money here!

Front desk staff was rude and very unprofessional. House keeping did nothing more than replace unfolded towels. Ants in room, and continental breakfast?? HA !! at 5 past 6 for three mornings straight they were already out of fruit? Spoke with hotel management about misquoting me for an extra night and she tried to blame our online travel website claiming the booking info was wrong when my confirmation stated it very clearly.

No ice on either floor on either night of our stay. Rooms need sound proofing. You could hear people talking outside. You could hear dogs down the hall barking. The room was nice though. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
