My experience here at the hotel wasn't bad nor was it something to revel about. The room was clean for the most part. Although, I did walk barefoot on the carpet, which didn't feel like carpet and there was some mildew in the shower above the shower head. I had one towel that was stained and I let the front desk know about that. On a positive note, the beds were made every day and rather comfortable. The free wifi worked but if you are at a room on the end of the hotel, the signal isn't strong. The Fruit Loops were stale, but the rest of the free breakfast was rather enjoyable. Unfortunately, I stayed in October and the pool was closed. My alarm clock didn't work, but that may actually be to user error. I set the alarm on my phone as a fail safe. The staff was courteous and helpful to my needs. My room was also ready when I checked in. The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants and other hotels in the area. It's also located very near many shopping centers, in case you need to get some last minute items. Although, late sleepers beware, this hotel is located next to a motorcycle and ATV garage. So be prepared to hear an engine or two around 9 am. But, like the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

We had a wonderful stay in Jonesboro. It took us much longer to arrive at the motes than we had expected, however; our room was ready and waiting for us when we arrived without any hassles. Very clean and very willing to serve. We were very pleased.

On arrival we were charged more then when I booked it online(due to taxes). The first room we were given had a dirty commode, had been used and not flushed. none of the lights in the room came on @ the door. The curtians were half off the window. It also stunk of smoke. When we complained the desk person went to check the room and then gave us a new room, she also stated that that room shouldn't have been reserved due to being on the repair list. The next room had full size sheets on a King size bed, the matress was so stained and everytime we moved the sheets crumpled under us, the a/c never got cold it would blow cool for ten mins, then blow warm it was in the 80's out side and about that in the room, we were not able to change rooms due to the hotel being full. The only reason we stayed the night was due to the fact I always bring Lysol spray with us and clorox wipes, from now on I will also take sheets too. We have stayed @ this Hotel many times before and always enjoyed it, the pool is wonderful (we didn't use this trip). For the amount of money we paid here we could have stayed in any other hotel/motel, but due to the fact we knew this one we wanted to stay here, NEVER AGAIN, Sorry Days Inn in Jonesboro, but you have gone down the drain.

It was really a bad experience staying at this hotel. Toilet was not working. No iron in the room. False claim for wireless internet, it was not working at all. Carpet was dirty. Not enough bath towel.
