  We often stay at this hotel. However our last stay was not pleasant! The room was clean as always, but the 2 different people we encountered at the front desk were rude and dis interested in our questions. When asked to speak to the Manager who has always been accomodating we were told with a snicker that she was gone and hopefully wouldn't be back! We stay at this hotel because the Manager was hands on and friendly and always made us feel welcomed and her staff was friendly as well. However, if she is gone and this is how the new management is treating their guest we will not return.

  The inn has a nice look, but it is very noisy - all night. we hardly slept. the bed was so hard, not firm, but hard and inflexible, and the pillows ...

  The Inn has a nice look, but it is VERY noisy - all night. We hardly slept. The bed was so hard, not firm, but HARD and inflexible, and the pillows were no help either. The stay here reminded me of sleeping on the floor in a gymnasium. When the extremely noisy room air conditioning (heating) unit wasn't droning we could hear conversations in the next room. Even when the room heat was on we heard every closing door in the hallway.
  
  We ended our 4-night stay after only one night, choosing to move to a different local hotel.

  i enjoyed my stay, the staff was very helpful,kind and professional.the rooms were very clean and welcoming.the pool area is beautiful and the entire property looks clean and well kept.i will definatley stay at the amerihost again the next time i visit and will recommend to all my friends
