This was one of the worst Hotel experiences i have ever had! 1st off, at 1:00am the hotel fire alarm went off (false alarm) for over 30 min. striaght and when I called the the front desk they said that they did not know how to turn it off so the fire dept. had to come and turn it off. Next if went to the pool you got locked out because the door did not work right then you had to bang on the door for ever to get back in. Pool was also not heated. Then to top it off the free breakfast was sub par. The orange juice was rotton! I don't think orange juice should be brown. I will never stay at this location again!

We stayed here in Aug. 2009. The hotel was nice, the pool was great, the breakfast was good. We would for sure stay here again. The hotel is pretty centrally located to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and downtown palm springs.

I was very impressed at how well the property was taken care of. This hotel is probably 10 years old but you would never know it. Our room was spacious, the continental breakfast was filling and the staff was very helpful! I would recommend anyone going to Palm Springs to stay here. One of the treats was the pool which had water streams above and it was a lot of fun.

Although tucked away behind an AM/PM store and somewhat hard to find, I found this hotel to be wonderful. The room was great and so was the service. The breakfast was more then ample and always had plenty of options. Would definately recommend this hotel if staying in the Palm Springs area.

My family (husband & 2 children 11 & 12) and another family discovered this lovely relaxing hotel quite by chance. We were on vacation - escaping the east coast of Canada's winter, Los Angeles was a little cool, so we searched for heat and found Cathedral City and this great hotel. The pool courtyard had a fabulous pool & spa - surrounded by palm trees, with the mountains in the backdrop. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff at the desk very helpful. Breakfast was good with a fair selection. Very quiet hotel. We arrived early (before noon) and they nicely accomodated us. The hotel is very close to all amenities. We would definitely re-visit this hotel and city.
