The whole hotel seemed well taken care of, the bath area was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice for our son to expend some energy from being cooped up in the car. The hotel was close enough to walk to a department store and restaurants. Location was easy to get off and on the main highway. Breakfast was okay not a lot of variety but did have some hot items egg/sausage/biscuit and gravy and the waffle maker. The security was the best, you needed to use your room card to get into the building by any other door than the front door and they used security cameras for the parking lot and other areas. The only thing that detracted from my rating was the late arrival (12:30-1:00am) of some guests in the next room who were loud so the sound proofing wasn't the best and personally I don't think hotels should allow check ins that late due to the noise affecting other sleeping guests. We also had no view out our window, there was a section of the front of the building that was in front of our window so you could only see stucco cement wall.

Have stayed a few times in different rooms. All had grungy grout around the tubs. One tub was slow to drain, but staff quickly worked to fix it. Beds are comfortable and rooms had flat screen tvs. Staff is very friendly and accoodating. Breakfast was well done with wide variety.

The hotel was nice. Check in was handled friendly. However the pool and hot tub was the same temperature. The hot tub wasn't warm at all. There was several babies in the pool with diapers on. We got out. The babies should have been wearing swim diapers. There was no sign to tell parents to have one on them. Most hotels don't allow babies in the pool with diapers on. The pool water looked dirty. The pool and hot tub wasn't worth getting wet for. The breakfast was very nice and had a good variety. Check out went smooth. Their was no tissues in the bathroom. So we had to use toliet paper for tissues even though their was a dispenser there.
