This is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful; the hotel is located off a main road but was still relatively quiet. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, there was an in-room coffeemaker, and the price is right! I will be staying here again.

We got into Missoula at 8pm with our 6 young kids after 400 miles from Cody WY. I had a confirmation number and a reservation made 2 days earlier. But they had no clue that I was coming and no room left. They gave little assistance to remedy anything. We drove 3 more hours to Spokane for lodging.
I can't honestly say if the room was nice or the value was good as I had no chance to get further than the office. But unless you have friends in Spokane who can put up 8 people on short notice, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. -
