I had called to reserve a room that allowed my dog. The lady on the phone told me it was fine & that i just needed to pay the extra $11 when i checked in. When I got there, they told me the other Super 8 was the only one that allowed pets & they had no rooms available. After I about started crying because I was hours from home, she said she would allow me to stay there with my dog. I felt guilty though so I had to go to a town about 15 miles away to ask my dad's friend to keep my dog overnight. So I paid the extra $11 for the dog & he didn't even stay there because I felt bad that they booked me in the wrong hotel. Not only that, the beds were less comfortable than the floor. Next time I come through Creston, I'll look for other places to stay. It was not a good experience for me or my kids.
