  This hotel is very close to historic downtown. It's clean, quiet, and rates with the Holiday Inn in town - without the noise. The staff are very attentive. The manager was very attentive - they actually came and knocked on our door because we had forgot to lock our cars doors! The disadvantage is the location - which isn't really a problem. Do not take the Business exit for 54, just stay on 54 and it goes right to the motel. The other hotels are all out on the the Business route - and it is a pretty good drive. This hotel seems out of the way because its located away from the business route, but we were 3 minutes from the Churchill Museum, Westminster, William Woods, and their beautiful downtown. It is a great value - and worth the money. We will stay there again. The "breakfast" was really just cereal and bagels - but we felt the facility and location made up for this weakness.
