The room is nice and clean. The lobby was great. The breakfast was ok. The pool was HORRIBLE! IT was really dirty and things were floating in it. Needless to say we didn't get in. The hallway is on the dark side and the water was dripping from the air condition unit. There is no elevator to the second floor and only one entrance. So if you're at the wrong end of the hallway, you'll be lugging luggage up the stairs and all the way to the other end.

The staff was really rude to me. I had reservations, including one for an infant crib, then they said they didn't have one when I got there. Then they""found"" a crib and tried to charge me for it, even though they toldme over the phone that it was free. NOT a family place, there is NO elevator, and the hotel is staffed by people that can't speak english, and have no care for children's safety.
