Unfortunately, I was under the assumption that Extended Stay America was similar to a Marriott Residence Inn. I was sorely mistaken. Their policy says that rooms are only cleaned once a week. Since our stay was only for two days, our sheets were not freshened, our towels were not replaced, and the room was not cleaned. Additionally, the front desk is only staffed until 11pm so there was no way to get additional blankets or pillows later in the evening. As a personal preference, my husband and I like King rooms, but there were none available; because the hotel doesn't keep any. The beds were hard, the pillows were awful, and the room temperature was hard to regulate. We will not be coming back again.

I booked this hotel and I arrived at 11:15 she called the main lobby and used the phone on the lobby and no one picked up. We had to drive another 45 minutes to find a place to stay. WE CALLED online travel website THERE RESPONSE BASICALLY WAS TO BAD CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.. BAD TIMES HA

to start off, room was dirty, cabinets smelled, sink was dirty as also the coffee maker. the tv wasn't working prperly and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. it seemed to go from bad to worse. the first night some fellow lodgers decided to have a drinking party in the parking lot till late. grilling, drinking, music ect...the next night, we returned to the hotel to find it surrounded by the sheriff and state troopers. apparently some guy was on the lose and they were recommending everyone stay in their rooms. front desk staff didnt explain, were crying and very unprofessional through it all. i have never stayed at a hotel where it was a free for all. the quality of the people staying there plus the lack of concern/interest from the staff was appaling!
