  The first night we had a water leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. Since it was late we declined an option to move until morning. Our second room was not as clean as it could have been and they cleaned it again. After the shakey start things were fine. The fitness center equipment needs to be cleaned, repaired and serviced. That was a disappointment. When I reported the problems they were responsive and I believe it will improve. Breakfast was good, the area was kept very clean and neat. All the staff personnel we came in contact with were very nice and helpful.

  The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and very accessible to the freeway. We had accidently made reservations for the wrong night and X was able to clear it up. Simply said we enjoyed our stay and will be staying there when we go to Spokane or Silverwood.

  We were looking for a place to stay wihile visiting Silverwood, etc. with our kids. Everything close to the park is much more expensive. The rooms are very clean and staff very good. Breakfast was good, except I would like yogurt. We would stay again. If you are going to Silverwood, make sure you leave an hour before you want to be on the rides. It takes a while to get through traffic on 97 and to park.

  To preface...we have stayed here before and it was fine. Room had dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, requested new room because wasn't sure if any of the room had been cleaned. New room not cleaned AT ALL. Next room hairs all over in the tub and mascara on the pillowcase. Next room bathroom floor obvious hair and filthy... Last room too tired to care if it was clean or not....tried to go to sleep and they had put us in a room right next to the elevator so we listened to that squeak up and down all night.Remedy was to comp us half of the night stay...not enough. WON""T STAY AGAIN.
