  I stayed here one night only. Was scheduled to stay 4 nights, but found a better hotel in Shenyang. The Intercontenental is living off its past glory. This is a tired hotel, and the rooms are dirty and depressing. Definitely not recommended. At best this is only a 3 star hotel.

  I stayed here one night only. Was scheduled to stay 4 nights, but found a better hotel in Shenyang. The Intercontenental is living off its past glory. This is a tired hotel, and the rooms are dirty and depressing. Definitely not recommended. At best this is only a 3 star hotel.
