  The lobby of the hotel was very clean and inviting. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I travel to the St. Louis area quite a bit and this hotel will always be my first choice.

  room was clean; bed was uncomfortable; hallways were filled with cigarette smoke; breakfast was minimal; there was no spa/hot tub as advertised. the housekeeping staff would not make up the beds because we had left our personal pillows on the beds......
