  Last spring I had my wedding at Gateway and it was absolutely perfect! We had about 15 rooms and everyone raved after about how much they enjoyed this hotel. The setting was beautiful and the staff members were all amazing. The hotel is really unique; like no other property in Ames. We will absolutely be back again and will recommend the property to our friends that live in the area.

  I HAVE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES AND HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD INCIDENT.. THEY ARE A TOP NOTCH HOTEL WITH FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF.. I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN BUSINESS TAKES ME TO THAT AREA LINDA L.

  Hotel was excellent in all respects. Dining room menu was way more interesting than one would expect in the middle of Iowa. Food was tasty; presentation was excellent. Definitely will stay there on my next trip.

  I have stayed at this hotel many times and have had an excellent experience every time. The beds are very comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are nicely decorated. Only wish the workout room was 24 hours, otherwise a great hotel.
