  The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Be aware that two beds means two single beds butted against each other with no way to separate them. Not even an inch apart so you need to be good friends with person you're sharing with. The breakfast was included which was nice. Check in and out was quick. They advertise a free shuttle to and from the airport but when you arrive late there is no way to contact them to come pick you up. We tried the pay phones and could not get any in the airport terminal to work. We did not have cell phones that worked in Sweden. There was no staff available at the airport. It would have been nice to have a service phone for hotel shuttles as in other airports. We eventually had to go outside to a taxi stand that had an intercom to order a taxi. So much for free pick up. The shuttle the next morning was fine.
