We went on the internet for reviews and there were over a dozen reviews given in the lsat 6 months of our date to arrive. ALL had awesome feed back.Now I am writing a day or two late of our stay to tell others.I am not sure what happen to the 2009 reiviews that we read. They are off but as much as my husband and I travel we couldnt of been happier with the how big the rooms were and so clean,friendly,and quiet.We came in on a Friday and left the next day. Walking dis. to many food places also.Very happy and I am sure you would be too.PJC

We checked in around 9:30pm and we did not get the rooms we reserved. It took us 30min to get checked in and no-one else was in the lobby. Guest service of the hotel staff was that they were very rude. I am a priority club member,and I have never been this disgusted with a Holiday Inn Express.The breakfast was empty and they didn;t have anyone in there as a host,and the front desk staff was trying to check people out and run the breakfast,Poor Management and staff. Clean it up guys ! Will never be back at this location.

The pool was dirty, no one had cleaned the deck area. The room was nice after we had to be moved due to a non working air conditioner. I'm used to hard boiled eggs from Holiday Inn Express so we were surprised not to find them at breakfast. Please don't buy the washcloths they are trying to sell you. I was not told that they are 2nds at best. I would not let any guest use them.
