    We had a room that was either hot or cold....no inbetween. our second room never got cleaned after our first night's stay. they gave us some water bottles ...

    We had a room that was either hot or cold....no inbetween. Our second room never got cleaned after our first night's stay. They gave us some water bottles and snacks rather than a price adjustment.
