Stayed 2 nights on business - was absolutely one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been traveling $*+ nights per year for many, many years. The staff was rude; the Guest Services representative who gruffly answered my in-hotel call looking for a dry cleaner or laundry had no idea where or how I should have my dry cleaning done; the room was filthy; the carpet stained; there was dry, chewed gum on one of the pillows; the toilet leaked and rocked; the A/C register was mildewed and rusty; the front desk was unable to give me either the owner or GM's name (didn't know who they worked for?); I was hung up on by the front desk clerk when I called and inquired about a cleaner room - the entire experience was an abomination. This place needs to be razed and everyone fired, then start over - good location, but what a dump!!

We checked in at a very inflated price and the air conditioning didnt work,,,the room was very worn and needed cleaning.. We had complained about the air and the room and was told they were sorry and would see about gettng it fixed before renting it again. I will never stay there again.. When I pay over $100 a night I expect atleast air in the middle of the summer. They didnt even offer a partial disount on the room rate.

I travel for business and stay in hotels 100+ nights a year, this was one of the worst ever. Poor quality rooms (can't believe a building inspector passed those outer buildings), never made up correctly, no linens, no toilet paper, or just not done at all. Screaming unattended children. Lots of very drunk adults wandering around. Great place if you want to bring in your own case of beer and ignore your kids. Managment thinks thats just fine. Absolutely never again.

Room was filthy. a party moved next door at 1:00am and went until 6:30 am. after complaining 3 time i finally gave up. never again!!!
