  Upon checking into the Hawthorne Suites, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of our room, the quaily of our beds and bedding, and the overall asthetic. The only issue we had was that once we checked in, we had no less than 3 engineers knock on our door to fix the air, refridgerator and clock radio... none of which were broken as far s we could tell. Other than that, we had a great stay, and then next day, we enjoyed the best complimentary continental breakfast that I have ever experienced at a hotel. thanks!

  I stayed here for a conference and it was a very nice stay. The breakfast was great: waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, even omletes made to order. Also, there is a TGI Fridays attached to the hotel. The beds were very big and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.
  
  The down side was that the computers they had available in the lobby didn't have adobe reader, which meant I couldn't use it to print out some material I needed. But, the staff was helpful and printed it off for me using one of the staff computers.

  The front desk personnel were most helpful by letting us check in before 3:00 pm after a stressful trip. our room was recently renovated, and very nice & clean.
