We would not stay at this hotel again. A standard room at this hotel is not "industry standard". They call these rooms "cruise" rooms because they are as small as cruise ship cabin rooms. When we arrived, we immediately called the website to issue a complaint. Website contacted the hotel and they upgraded us to another room. The new room was significantly larger with more amenities(microwave,sitting area etc.). The room was not as clean (food in microwave,Hair in shower,dirty carpet etc.) as it should have been. The beds were uncomfortable. The hotel lobby was very fancy, and there were many upscale elements(toiletries) but this was not a upscale hotel. The free breakfast was very limited and not well stocked. Staff appeared unprofessional and somewhat unresponsive. This could be a very nice place if better managed and if they were honest in identifying a standard room as a "cruise" room.

Hotel seemed nice from the outside. Room Air-conditioner leaked all nite and carpet fully soaked & smelled. We had a very long trip, late check in & early departure so didn't bother to complain and get room switched.

Walked in to an unusually small room. Carpet was old, worn out, stained and burned. TV was almost old enough to be B&W. Laid down on bed because there was no room and it squeaked with every breath, much lest movement. Broken down treadmill was the workout room. Stay away.

I had to make a round trip to Atlanta and stayed here on my way down. I liked it so much that I ended up booking on the way back also. The Staff is friendly and very helpful--the hotel is in a nice area that is clean and safe. The breakfast in the AM was excellent--plus there is a 24 hour Sheets within walking distance of the Biltmore. On my trip south, I booked a room with a jacuzzi and it was an excellent room--very spacious. On the return, I chose a normal room--wasn't as pleased. The A/C was blowing on me and I was unable to adjust it to a comfortable level.

Biltmore Suites is a nice hotel, plenty of parking, with a very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and neat. I was up there with my daughter on some college tours and it was a great place to stay. We got there early in the day (around 11:30 a.m.) and the hotel staff went out of their way to get us a clean room so we could check in, change and get on our way in the early afternoon. Breakfast is free and pretty good. All in all, a good value and nice play to stay.
