Walked in to an unusually small room. Carpet was old, worn out, stained and burned. TV was almost old enough to be B&W. Laid down on bed because there was no room and it squeaked with every breath, much lest movement. Broken down treadmill was the workout room. Stay away.

I had to make a round trip to Atlanta and stayed here on my way down. I liked it so much that I ended up booking on the way back also. The Staff is friendly and very helpful--the hotel is in a nice area that is clean and safe. The breakfast in the AM was excellent--plus there is a 24 hour Sheets within walking distance of the Biltmore. On my trip south, I booked a room with a jacuzzi and it was an excellent room--very spacious. On the return, I chose a normal room--wasn't as pleased. The A/C was blowing on me and I was unable to adjust it to a comfortable level.

Biltmore Suites is a nice hotel, plenty of parking, with a very friendly staff. Rooms are clean and neat. I was up there with my daughter on some college tours and it was a great place to stay. We got there early in the day (around 11:30 a.m.) and the hotel staff went out of their way to get us a clean room so we could check in, change and get on our way in the early afternoon. Breakfast is free and pretty good. All in all, a good value and nice play to stay.

Hotel was very nice and staff was great. We got in the hotel quite late - around 10:30pm. The night clerk was so helpful! Upon entering the room, we were surprised at how large it was. It had a small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave! Two large beds and a separate sitting area with table! The only thing I would have like is if the television was in the sitting area with the sofa. The bathroom had been updated, but could have used a little more updating with the wallpaper. Other than that it was very nice. They even put Bath & Body Works shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in there! Breakfast was good. A nice variety including cereal, waffles and pastries. Would definitely stay again.

I arrived late at night to check in, but the young lady at the desk was very upbeat and helpful. The lobby and elevators were very clean and had nice decor throughout. The room itself was huge! I just got your standard, two double bed hotel room, but it was amazing how much they added to it. The bathroom was large and all the shampoo, etc. they provide you is from Bath & Body Works. There's even a telephone in the bathroom. In the main room there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, and then a large sitting room with a couch and chair. My TV didn't work, but in all fairness, the maintenance man came up to look at it, and when he couldn't figure it out, the young lady at the front desk called me write away and offered to move me to another room. It was handled very efficiently, but it was late so I just stayed put. There is a nice breakfast area with a waffle making station, coffee, cereal, and a TV and sitting area where you can eat. There are also free newspapers available which I really enjoyed. The only negatives I experienced were finding an old, used washed cloth hanging over the shower rod and used Q-tips in between the wall and the couch. Once again, in all fairness, they were in such spots where it would be easy to miss them, but it would have been reassuring to know that a thorough cleaning had taken place before I slept there.
