This is honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. It's close enough to Boston to drive into town, or the train station is just down the hill (you have to drive there though...but there's lots of parking). Parking at the hotel is free for guests, so that's nice. Our room was very large, super clean and the bed was to die for. We slept better there than we have at home in years. We are purchasing a set of their mattresses, so you know we were impressed! The employees were wonderful. We forgot the little "do not disturb" sign on our door all day (even though we were gone), so housekeeping left a voice message for us to call them when we got back so they could make up the room and bring clean towels. My husband hurt his foot and was limping, so they made sure we had a room closest to the elevators so he didn't have to walk down an entire corridor. This will definitely be our hotel of choice every time we visit Boston.

The flight getting into Boston was horrid. Both AA and US Air were appalling but this hotel made up for it. The location of the hotel is close to the Quincy Adams T station. It's about 25 mins from the Quincy Adams to the Park Station where the Boston Commons is. A shuttle runs from the hotel to the T station. Be sure to call the desk for a pick up. The rooms were comfortable. Bathroom was quite large compared to other Marriotts I have been to. Laundromat was adequate. Costs $1.50 for one load to wash and $0.50 to dry. No free Internet. It's $0.59 per min to use in the business center or $12.95 per day if you bring your own laptop to use in the room. Breakfast was quite good for the $12 or $13 per head. The staff were the best.

This hotel is very nice and clean. I've had issues with bedbugs, so I do a check at every place I stay, and my room here showed no signs of any. I was put off by the nickel and diming they did. First, Internet access was not free--cost me $19.95 for a 24-hour period. I know at lots of places they do charge, but for the price I paid here, I'd expect it to be free. Then, they left a nice bottle of water for me, but it had a card saying that if I opened it, I'd be charged $4.50. Good grief!

07/17/2007What a sparkling hotel. our room was spotless, with new carpet and decor. the bathroom was very clean, i did not have to spray lysol everywhere like i usually do.

The guest rooms were beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bedding was plush and the bathroom was nice. The hotel bar closed too early and it was a long walk to the T. I would definitely stay here again.
