BEWARE: We made a two night reservation for a handicap accessible room. When we arrived at the hotel I was immediately told that they did not have such a room available for us. He went on further to explain that "they" (referring to central reservations) should never had made the reservation in the first place, because they did not have a room available. I actually had made the reservation directly with the hotel staff, so this was not an error on "central reservations part". I asked to speak to the manager, he was too busy to see me or even acknowledge my presence. We left the hotel very dissappointed as now we had to drive around and try to find another hotel to accomodate our needs (handicap accessible). Note, I will answer the questions regarding the cleanliness, comfort etc, because you can't submit a review without this information Needless to say, we will never stay at this or any other Hampton Inn again.

We had a 2 night reservation for a handicap room at the Hampton Inn in Medford, Or to attend my brothers memorial. When we arrived in the hotel lobby, I was immediately told they did not have a room even though we had a reservation. The employee went on the explain that they should never even made that a reservation. He tried to blame it on "central reservations", but I actually made my reservation with the desk of that hotel directly. The manager was too busy on a conference call to even acknowledge my presence, and speak with me. I wrote a 3 page letter, sent it to Coorporate Headquarters and also sent a copy directly to the general manager of this hotel (Dennis Godfrey). This was 3 weeks ago, and I have not heard back from anyone regarding this absolutely incomprehensible error on their part. It would be safe to say we will never stay in this or ANY other Hampton Inn and that goes for ALL Hyatt properties. There are many, many other choices of hotels out there who value their guests and customers and know the meaning of taking and respecting a RESERVATION.

We have never stayed at a Hampton Inn, but now I'm a big fan after our experience at this hotel. Very welcoming, nice lobby, quick and friendly service. The room was extremely clean, fresh and comfortable, with bedding that felt like sleeping on clouds.
