The breakfast area looked nice, but the staff did not keep it clean. The breakfast foods were not always filled, so that left many people waiting for quite a while to grab a bite. The breakfast staff was not attentive. We did not get maid service the first morning we were there. We did not have the 'do not disturb' sign on the door and couldn't figure out why they didn't come. We did not receive an apology or explanation. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We slept well. The TV channels were limited. There were dogs barking in the room across the hall from us for 3 of the 4 main days we were there. The pool was nice because it was quiet and only 3 and 4 ft. Our children really enjoyed it. The location was great. We were very close to many restaurants and stores. It was easy to get to where we wanted to go. We chose this hotel for the pool and breakfast. We would not stay here again but think it might be a good choice for a different family/traveler. The high speed internet was a great feature. The shower wasn't the best, but what's better than home sweet home anyway.

Stayed here New Year's Eve night. The rooms were very nice and clean. About 3am there was a bunch of drunk guys in the hallway yelling/cursing and I thought there was going to be a fight. This lasted a good 15 minutes...we were on the first floor right down the hallway from the front desk, so why nothing was done is beyond me. One even punched the wall. We also had somebody knocking at our door at around 1am and lots of door bangings and thumps throughout the night. With it being New Year's Eve I'm sure this isn't how the hotel usually is but it felt very unsafe and I was glad to get out the next morning. Seems like a nice hotel tho, but I wouldn't stay again.

Our room was large and very clean. It had a small sofa and refrigerator. The morning breakfast was very nice - make your own waffles and plenty of 'cold' breakfast items including fresh fruit. This hotel has a nice pool and small fitness roon. Overall this was a very nice value for the price we paid to be 20 miles or so from DC. I would definitely stay there again especially when traveling with family. It is close to Dulles Airport.

I don't go to this trouble often, but this is a very clean, great bargain, great location, would choose again type motel. Rooms: immaculate. Indoor pool :great/with jacuzzi. Fridge in room, couch, High speed internet, work station, beautifu decor. Even housekeepers are superb, I mean it. Even the back of motel overlooked pond with geese. If I could carry this motel with me everywhere, I would.
