  We really enjoyed our stay and have stayed at many hotes in Athens since our son is at UGA. This has been the best one ever. Came to Athens over football weekend and even thought it was so busy, the staff was fabulous and it was a fun filled time. The pillow top mattress was great and we really loved the Melting Point music show and the game day activities. We will be back!

  We expected a nice inn, but though the room was large and comfortable, the bed and bedding were terrible and the heating/air conditioning too noisy. Neither of us got prolonged sleep and the discomfort increased as the night wore on and on...
  We would not have stayed a second night if we had booked it.

  On arrival, door hinge needed repair. I had called prior to verify avail. wirelessANDwired web, but when I got there: no ethernet connect. One of my beds had dirty sheet. The menu for the hotel's MeltingPot restaurant showed wrong price, so I paid more than expected. Also, my expensive burger was more char than flavor. AND I had gnats!!! Of course, I discovered most of this when I finally retired to my room for the evening.
